About our history and company:Since 1921 Wooster Products Inc has been providing the knowledge and experience you need to make every step a safe one. You did read that correctly! Founded in 1921!! That makes this year our 100th year in business! Wooster Products is a certified small business that has been owned by the same family for many years and is currently being lead by the second generation. We have been based in Wooster, Ohio since the founding of the company and continue to be a provider of steady employment to many community members. |

About our community and town:
Wooster Products is located in Wooster Ohio which is in northeastern Ohio approximately 50 miles SSW of Cleveland. It is a town of just over 26,000 people. Wooster Ohio was established in 1808 and named after David Wooster, a general in the American Revolutionary War. The area is rich in agriculture, industry and education. It is not only the location of Wooster Products but also the home of the Wooster Brush Company (not related to Wooster Products); Frito-Lay; Akron Brass; as well as many more wonderful businesses. Also located here are the College of Wooster; the Agricultural Technical Institute (ATI)(subsidiary of the Ohio State University); and the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC)(also a subsidiary of the Ohio State University). Wooster is a beautiful community and we are proud to be part of it. |

Many associates have been with us long term (some of them as long 30 years or more). With their help, hard work and experience, we manufacture high quality anti-slip stair and walkway products with quick turn around time on many items. |

Many of our products have withstood the test of time and are still manufactured much as they were decades ago. Other products are brand new (like our 2 stage nosings and NITEGLOW® products) in response to the changing needs of our customers and new building codes. All of our products are made with great attention to detail and are of the highest quality.
